Cardamom is an aromatic spice, belonging to the Ginger family, that is extensively used in the cuisine of Southeast Asia. It also finds its application in traditional Ayurvedic therapies that aim to relieve digestive complaints or to support the body through a cold or virus.

The seeds of the plant are steam-distilled to produce the warm, fragrant Cardamom essential oil. Cardamom essential oil is known to soothe and relax the body and mind, while also boosting the immunity. Applied cosmetically, this oil promotes youthful looking skin and healthy hair.
