With its unique constituent profile, high in alpha-linolenic acid, as well as linoleic, oleic, stearic and palmitic acids this precious nourishing oil immediately soothes, tones and nourishes skin, making it appear supple and glowing. Chia Oil is also known to add softness, sheen and strength to hair.

SUGGESTED USE

In skincare formulations aimed for maturing skin to minimize fine lines and wrinkles. Also appropriate for oily or problematic skin type.

As spot treatment for blemishes to calm them down and aid in their faster healing.

As an eye serum – a drop under each eye gently patted through the whole area is enough to help diminish bags and sagging.

For hair – to add shine – a few drops to the lengths of hair are applied prior to styling

Cleansing Face Mask with chia oil

All you need for this simple home made mask is 1 teaspoon of chia oil and 1 egg white. Mix these two components well and apply to clean skin. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse well with lukewarm water.
